Why Do People Need a New Birth?

Why Do People Need a New Birth? (With You)
When we accept Jesus Christ as our Saviour, we are born again. We must be in Christ and remain in Him so that the new birth takes root and grows in us. To be in Christ is to believe in Him, to obey Him, and to know Him personally and spiritually. To be in Christ means to accept Him as our King of life, our Lord and Saviour. As a branch is a part of a tree or bush, so we should remain in Christ. If we are in Christ, Christ will also be in us, and he will live in us through the Holy Spirit. We will become a new creation. When we experience the new birth in Christ, we must bid farewell to our old nature that was far from God.

Do You Have a Relationship With God? How About

Do You Have a Relationship With God? How About (Peace and Joy in Christ)
Dear friend: What do you think of when you hear the word sin? You may think that people are bad! That is why they do bad and wrong things. You may also think that most of the people are good, but they are in bad conditions; For this reason, it makes them do bad things.

The Covenant of Grace in the Power of the Gospel

The Covenant of Grace in the Power of the Gospel (Peace and Joy in Christ)
The good news of the Gospel is not an ordinary news; The gospel is God's power for salvation, people who entrust their hearts to Jesus through the good news. The Bible is not an ordinary book, but the powerful word of God that if a person reads God's word and believes in it, he will receive salvation and eternal life in Jesus Christ. So, with his death, Jesus destroyed this wall of separation between man and God and reconciled us with God again with the power of his grace.

Interest in Worldly Things

Interest in Worldly Things (With You)
Impure pleasure leads people to sin. But in his epistle, James, the brother of Jesus Christ and the leader of the Jerusalem church, is not just talking about bad inclinations. Rather, he is speaking about those seemingly pure and good desires that spring from selfishness. For example, studying, working day and night, and seeking success and diligently pursuing a career are all good—but it is possible that someone wants these things for purely selfish motives. Why do these inclinations and desires cause controversy and strife? It is because they come from selfishness. We seek them for our own gain. Our motivation for work, study, and effort is to benefit ourselves. We are not in building the kingdom of God or helping others or glorifying God. Our seemingly pure desires are only for our personal profit. This is selfishness, and any selfishness is sin.

The Beauty of Grace in the Covenant

The Beauty of Grace in the Covenant (Peace and Joy in Christ)
The grace of God's love and mercy; It is relative to humans. Not everyone deserves God's love and mercy, because they are sinners; But God freely gives his grace to man through faith in Jesus. Although man is not worthy of God's love, God loves man. Yonatan made a covenant with David and wants to convey that loyalty to his survivors. David is seen to faithfully fulfil that covenant commitment in accepting Jonathan's son Mephibosheth.

I Am Afghan, How Can I Be Saved?

I Am Afghan, How Can I Be Saved? (Peace and Joy in Christ)
God loves the whole world. Not only the Jews but (contrary to their idea); He loves everyone from all walks of life, rich and poor, black and white. He loves mankind so much that he gave his only son to save us. Man can receive this salvation, that is, eternal life, only through faith. If anyone believes in Jesus, he will not perish but have eternal life. If a person does not believe, he will perish. Perdition means separation from God and eternal torment in hell, where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth. There are only two ends for humans: one is eternal life and the other is destruction. Christ came to show us the right way, the way that leads to eternal life. Christ is the way, the truth and the life. Not believing in Christ means choosing destruction.

The Supremacy of Faith Over the Law

The Supremacy of Faith Over the Law (With You)
"What a miserable person I am!" This is the cry of a man who is aware of his sin and wants to be saved from this sin. The Apostle Paul asks: “Who will deliver me from this body?” And in this case, Paul himself answers: “I thank God.” Why? “Because through our Lord Jesus Christ I will be delivered from the body of this death.” The One who saves us is Jesus Christ. He will save not only Paul but everyone who calls on His name in faith. It is Jesus Christ who will give us the power to triumph over the law of sin in the flesh. It is Christ who will save us from the penalty for our sins, which is death.

Houses of God

Houses of God (With You)
When we refer to the Bible, we find that Paul reminds believers that they are the temple or holy house of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells there. Of course, it is true that every believer is also the body of God and the Holy Spirit dwells in him, so every believer should strive to keep this body, the house of God, clean and pure. Because God is holy, we must live as pure believers.

God's Grace

God's Grace (With You)
Grace is the gift of God's salvation to us which we receive freely through Jesus Christ. By faith we accept this gift. Believing does not mean that we do something. Rather, it means that we accept God's gift of salvation by faith. Faith itself is a gift from God. Faith comes into being by hearing the Word of God. We cannot gain faith by our own efforts.

Faith and Action

Faith and Action (With You)
It is very easy to say, “I have faith”, but faith that is only in words is useless. We must ask ourselves, “Do I have true faith?” We are saved only by true faith. How do we know if our faith is real or not? The way to recognize this is easy. Our actions show us if our faith is true or not. The truth of our faith will be proved by acts of love and obedience. If good works do not accompany our faith, then that faith is empty, and it has no power to save anyone. True faith is like love, which must be demonstrated by loving works.

My Identity in Jesus Christ - I Am Saved

My Identity in Jesus Christ - I Am Saved (With You)
We cannot save ourselves. Instead, we are saved by believing in Jesus Christ. Therefore, salvation is a free gift of God's mercy that we receive by our faith in Jesus Christ. This is not because of our effort and hard work, but a gift from God. Salvation is not the result of our good works, so no one can boast. The Bible says that if salvation came through our own efforts, no one would be saved.
