Who Is Jesus Who Ascended to Heaven?

Who Is Jesus Who Ascended to Heaven? (Peace and Joy in Christ)
Jesus Christ appeared to his disciples and the rest of the people several times and in several places for forty days after his resurrection. It is very interesting that Christ's real absence after his ascension was the key to his real presence with all his followers. We humans naturally belong to the earth, but Jesus does not. When we look at the birds, we feel jealous and agree with the psalmist that I wish I had wings like a dove so that I could fly and find peace. So the ascension of Jesus Christ gives us this hope with faith that one day his followers will rise from the earth and reach heaven by God's grace.

The Crucifixion of Jesus Christ - Based on the Gospel of Luke

The Crucifixion of Jesus Christ - Based on the Gospel of Luke (With You)
When our Muslim friends claim that Jesus Christ was not crucified, but that he ascended to heaven alive and someone else was crucified in his place, their claim must be documented and valid. This is not the case. However, in the Holy Bible, all the events of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ are mentioned, including the place where he was crucified, the names of the people who witnessed his crucifixion. Even the time when Jesus Christ was crucified is mentioned.

The Ascension of Jesus Christ

The Ascension of Jesus Christ (With You)
Forty days after Jesus Christ’s resurrection from the dead, he and his disciples went to the Mount of Olives near Jerusalem. There Jesus promised his followers that they would receive the Holy Spirit and commanded them to stay in Jerusalem until the Holy Spirit came. Then Jesus blessed them, and while he was blessing them, he ascended into heaven. It is clear from the Holy Bible that Jesus’ ascension was literally a physical return to heaven. He gradually and visibly departed from the earth. Many people saw this with their own eyes. While the disciples were staring and trying to see Jesus until the last moment, a cloud took him out of their sight. It is important to note that Jesus’ ascension into heaven is a special day celebrated by Christians.

How Did Jesus Christ Treat Women?

How Did Jesus Christ Treat Women? (With You)
When we look at the Gospels, we clearly see that Jesus Christ did not treat men and women in different ways. He treated women the same way he treated men. He listened to them and healed them. In his teachings and works, he gave as much attention and care to women as he did to men.

What Is Baptism?

What Is Baptism? (With You)
Baptism is a sign of the beginning of a new life. Our sins are not forgiven by our being baptised. Our sins are forgiven by the blood of Jesus Christ. In baptism, we show that we obey the command of Jesus Christ. The followers of Jesus Christ are not baptised to become believers, but they are baptised because they are believers. Our salvation does not depend on being baptised. Baptism is also a demonstration of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ to the world.

Is It Permissible for a Follower of Christ to Go to the Mosque or Not? (With You)
As followers of Christ, when we look at the life of Jesus Christ on earth, we see that he suffered, was insulted, spat upon, and finally crucified. The Word of God calls us to obedience and reminds us not to be afraid. Jesus Christ looks into our hearts and sees if we really believe in Him and if He has the first place in our lives. Wherever we go, we must go with Christ and worship in his name.
