The main purpose of Christian fasting is to humbly approach God and ask for His guidance and spend time in prayer in His presence. Don't Trust in People (With You)
An informed and wise person trusts and relies on God. God is our creator and sustainer. Turning away from him and relying on people is the basis of sin. Human beings are mortal; they don’t last. As we were created from dust, we will return to dust. Human beings are weak and incapable of saving themselves. We don’t know the solution to life's problems. Only God is the answer to human needs. Bad Effects of Enmity and Revenge Among Young People

Bad Effects of Enmity and Revenge Among Young People (Youth)
sense of revenge; It comes to your mind just when someone does evil and enmity towards you. Revenge is one of the negative emotions that can sometimes be destructive and leave irreparable consequences. All of us at some point in our lives want to take revenge for something; Because when we are hurt, this reaction is natural. In that situation, our heart wants to punish that person for his actions. Although this method seems logical, we should not show such behaviour and it is better to make peace with this issue instead of focusing on revenge. The reality is that your good mood is short-lived, because taking revenge does not eliminate the behaviours that hurt you, it only perpetuates the cycle of suffering.

Believing in Jesus Christ Is From the Heart

Believing in Jesus Christ Is From the Heart (With You)
Accepting Jesus Christ as one's Saviour and Redeemer is not based on feelings. Rather, believing in Jesus comes as a result of reading the Holy Bible and realising the truth about him. Jesus Christ is the only way to God the Father and it is only Jesus who saves us from sin. It is in Jesus Christ that we learn to forgive. It is in Jesus Christ that we love our neighbours as ourselves. These are things that are not in other religions.

Therefore, may we turn our thoughts and attention to Jesus Christ and his glory, the glory that we will share in one day, provided that we remain steadfast and firm in him. If we are insulted and if we suffer for Christ's sake, it will be a source of blessing for us.

Are You Blessed?

Are You Blessed? (With You)
Being poor in spirit means emptying yourself. Before we can be filled with God's blessings, we must first be emptied. Every human being is naturally full of selfishness and arrogance. This is called the old nature or old man. Jesus Christ first condemns our sinful nature, then he saves those who are poor in spirit. Therefore, to be poor in spirit also means to admit that we deserve condemnation. At the same time, it means admitting that we are dead in trespasses and sins.

God, Have Mercy on Me, a Sinner! (Peace and Joy in Christ)
The word happiness in Greek means (makrios); It is the highest and happiest word that man receives from God's character with faith. Happy means blessed; When you have this in your heart, it is no longer dependent on external events and circumstances that others impose on you. You don't even brag about your good deeds and you don't compare them with other people. Because good deeds do not bring us to God. Poor in Spirit

Poor in Spirit (Peace and Joy in Christ)
Without being poor in spirit, no one can enter the kingdom of heaven. The world teaches that in order to be blessed, one must be powerful, rich and self-reliant. But this is a big mistake. Jesus teaches that to receive true blessing one must first become poor in spirit. Being poor in spirit means emptying yourself. I wish we could be filled with God's blessings; First we have to empty. Every human being is naturally full of selfishness and arrogance. This is called our old nature or old nature.

Eid al-Fitr (With You)
As followers of Jesus Christ, we should rejoice in the happiness of our friends and neighbours, and we should be moved by their sadness. This is what a Christian should do. Of course, we do this not out of compulsion, but from the heart and in all sincerity. This attitude brings us closer to our dear friends. This spirit makes it more easy and natural for us to introduce ourselves to them as Christians. A Christian should be part of his community.

Your Laughter Turns Into Mourning and Your Happiness Turns Into Sadness

Your Laughter Turns Into Mourning and Your Happiness Turns Into Sadness (Peace and Joy in Christ)
God loves man and wants to invite us to Himself through His grace and mercy. It doesn't matter how great our sin is, because His grace is greater than our sins. He gives grace for us to return and love Him. We must avoid sin and repent. The way to get close to God is to first purify our hearts and not be two-hearted. Because we do not understand God's grace and love enough. It is necessary to rejoice in God's infinite love and grace, but we must be deeply sorry for our countless sins. Jesus Christ said: Blessed are those who mourn, that is, blessed are those who mourn for their sins and receive righteousness. .

Why Should I Mourn?

Why Should I Mourn? (Peace and Joy in Christ)
Good luck to us Tamian. The teaching of Jesus contradicts the teaching of the world. This is what the world says: don't mourn - run away from sadness and anxiety and seek happiness. But Jesus says - in order to be truly happy, one must first mourn. What does Jesus mean when he says we should mourn? He means: we should mourn for our sins. He is talking about spiritual sorrow, not worldly sorrow. Before we can receive the joy of salvation, we must first mourn our sins. Such mourning leads to repentance. The sorrow that is for God is the source of repentance for the sake of salvation, for which there is no regret; But worldly sorrow is the source of death.

Peace With Our Fellow Man

Peace With Our Fellow Man (With You)
Just as a father or mother devotes themselves to serving their children, we should also be ready to dedicate ourselves to others. A Christian must love all people. Christians must love others in the same way that Christ loved us. A person who has love respects others. Someone who loves his brother or sister will protect their dignity and respect. We should always consider others better than ourselves. If we follow this simple principle, there will never be any division between us and our families.

Blessed Are the Peacemakers

Blessed Are the Peacemakers (With You)
Blessed are the peacemakers. The peacemakers mentioned here are those who establish peace between man and God. But true peacemakers try to remove the injustice, pain, and sin that is in the world. They help people to reconcile with God. This is true peace. In order to be a peacemaker, we must first reconcile ourselves to God. We can find peace only through faith in Jesus Christ. To find true peace, we must be like those described in the beatitudes: poor in spirit, meek, hungering for justice, merciful, and pure in heart. All these attributes are dependent on each other. We cannot have one of these qualities without the others. How do we make peace? By loving our fellow human beings as much as we love ourselves. Love is the main weapon of peace.
