Who Should Be Afraid Of? (Peace and Joy in Christ)
Christian believers are not afraid of evil and humans; Except God. Because only humans and evil spirits destroy the body. But God alone is the owner of the body and soul, who will be sent to hell and who will be given eternal life. So we should take care of our daily life, including language control; Sit; Do not get up so that we will be thrown into hell.

The Tongue

The Tongue (With You)
An uncontrolled tongue is like a fire under ashes, which has destructive power—like a dormant fire that slowly burns and destroys its surroundings and turns everything into ashes. The tongue has enormous power. A small word can build our family and friends. But if our tongue is not under control, it will tear apart our family and friends. A tongue that is not under control is easily used by Satan.

The Dangers of the Tongue

The Dangers of the Tongue (With You)
If we can control our tongues, we can live harmoniously in our society. If we do not have mastery over our tongue, it creates enmity and hurt feelings. As they say, any kind of wound can heal, except one caused by the tongue. If we rule our tongues, we will not offend anyone or hurt their feelings. But if we do not have control over our tongues, our enemies will increase every day. This is because the tongue has great destructive power. The worst trait for a person is a sharp and uncontrolled tongue because they speak without thinking or caring.

James 3:1-12 - Taming the Tongue

James 3:1-12 - Taming the Tongue (James for Everyone)
We often encounter these examples in our relationships with others. Sometimes the person we trust and he trusts us, two wise words opens a whole new world for us. Therefore, teachers have played a very important role in determining the course of our lives. "Because of this, teachers will face tougher judgments, and there is no doubt about that," says Yaqub. An incorrect sentence from the teacher to the student may lead him in a completely wrong direction. It is even possible for a few incorrect words from a teacher to lead students in the whole class in the wrong way. In this way, it is possible that the whole life of a number of people will be in the wrong direction. Of course, there are many different wrong methods. Sometimes when a person goes in the wrong direction, they can soon recognize the mistake and reverse it. But sometimes when a person goes in the wrong direction, the damage is done before it returns, and returning that way is of no use to him.

The Impact of Tongue

The Impact of Tongue (The Epistle of James: Faith That Works)
James 3:1-12 teaches us of the importance of tongue. If we can manage our tongue, we can manage and get under control all of our body. These verses give us great examples of how our tongue can bring blessings or curses to us and to others. As Christians we should not use our tongue to hurt others or to say bad things about others. We need to practice to be patient and to use our tongue for good and to bless others. In Christ, we are a new creation, which means our hearts have been changed and our behaviour and tongue have been changed too.

James 3:13-18 - Heavenly Wisdom

James 3:13-18 - Heavenly Wisdom (James for Everyone)
Many painful things can start with a misdiagnosis. A few days before the death of a friend, I found out that I was very surprised. I had seen him some time ago, and although he was over 65 years old, he looked quite healthy. When I learned from his family about the cause of his death, I learned that he had been the victim of a misdiagnosis by a treating doctor. Two or three months ago, he had a sore throat. After seeing a doctor, he was diagnosed with a superficial illness and was prescribed regular medication. After about two months. When he saw another doctor, they discovered that he had developed dangerous tumors in his throat two or three months ago. If it was diagnosed at first, the possibility of operation and its continuation was very high

Heavenly Wisdom

Heavenly Wisdom (The Epistle of James: Faith That Works)
James 3:13-18 tells us that if we are wise and understand God’s ways, we should prove it by living an honourable life and by doing good works with the humility that comes from wisdom. First, we receive heavenly wisdom by believing in Jesus as our Lord, then we show God’s wisdom with humility. This means we get heavenly wisdom not by our works or abilities but because of God’s grace through faith in the Lord Jesus.
