Correct Study Methods and How to Study During Exam Season

Correct Study Methods and How to Study During Exam Season (Youth)
We all hear from teachers, parents, etc., "Study!" all the time, but no one tells us how to study. A- The maximum time that people can focus their thoughts on a subject is not more than 30 minutes, which means that you should try to focus on one topic or study for about 30 minutes, rest for about 10 to 15 minutes, and then start studying again in the same way. B- Avoid eating fatty and heavy foods before studying, and study a few hours after eating; because after eating a heavy meal, most of the blood flow is directed to the digestive system to help digest and absorb food, and therefore blood supply to the brain decreases, and the ability to think and concentrate decreases. Also, flour and sugary foods such as bread and carbonated drinks reduce the ability to perceive and concentrate. C- The human mind is intelligent. If you take notes, you will quickly memorise and recall the material. You cannot write and listen to something at the same time. So please take notes while studying.

Benefits of Drinking Enough Water Throughout the Day

Benefits of Drinking Enough Water Throughout the Day (Youth)
Drinking water has many benefits that are essential for maintaining a healthy body. As a primary source, drinking water can help control weight, improve brain and nervous system function, maintain healthy skin and hair, strengthen the immune system, prevent kidney stones, and help flush out toxins from the body. Also, drinking water can increase the feeling of fullness and prevent overeating. For this reason, it is recommended to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily and increase your water intake if necessary. Our body uses the circulatory system to deliver nutrients to all cells, and in conditions of low water, the blood thickens and may stick to the walls of the vessels and put pressure on the walls of the vessels, and this pressure can cause the vessels to rupture and cause a stroke. Therefore, drinking enough water reduces the risk of stroke.

Do You Want to Enter the Kingdom of God?

Do You Want to Enter the Kingdom of God? (Peace and Joy in Christ)
A follower of Jesus must live a pure life. Therefore, our life and behaviour should be pure and holy. He should avoid rude and impure jokes or rude, insulting and humiliating words. Jokes that humiliate a nation and a tribe or a class of people are not worthy of the lips and tongue of a Christian. Apostle Paul provides us with a list of sins that separate us from God. Let us carefully consider each of these sins of our flesh. Do we see the existence of one or more sins in our life? How quickly we see sin in the lives of others! But what a problem it is to observe sin in our own life! We are always pure and innocent in our opinion. But we should not look at the sins of others. Rather, we should only be aware of our sins. Let's ask the Holy Spirit to make us aware of our hidden sins.

The Tongue

The Tongue (With You)
An uncontrolled tongue is like a fire under ashes, which has destructive power—like a dormant fire that slowly burns and destroys its surroundings and turns everything into ashes. The tongue has enormous power. A small word can build our family and friends. But if our tongue is not under control, it will tear apart our family and friends. A tongue that is not under control is easily used by Satan.

Girls in Black Veils in Society

Girls in Black Veils in Society (With You)
Women and girls shouldn’t wear black veils, darkening their world because of men’s lack of self-control. It is a man’s moral responsibility to have self-control. Men, particularly Taliban or Mujahideen, who claim, “We are fighting in God’s way”, should control their own eyes and ears. They should not give in to their sinful nature when they see a woman’s hair or simply hear the clicking of a lady’s high heels. Human beings are the highest form of God’s creation. We should not be like animals that cannot control themselves when they see the opposite sex.

Fellowship With Other Believers (With You)
One who has true fellowship with God is always eager to be with those who love God. Fellowship and partnership enable believers to grow in their faith and build one another up. Fellowship and community give us more strength to face the enemy. One of Satan's tactics is to keep believers away from the church and fellowship so that he can better weaken and destroy them.

Woman, Suitable Companion

Woman, Suitable Companion (With You)
God called every part of his creation good, but suddenly he said that one thing was not good: "It is not good that man should be alone". The man he created was not perfect in some way. He needed a suitable companion. In what sense could a woman be a suitable companion? First of all, Adam needed a companion to have children in the future. Second, all men need someone they can share their hearts with. Therefore, a man needs someone who is like him. Third, man needed someone to complete and complement him, someone who would make up for his shortcomings. In God’s eyes, man and woman are equal, but he created man for one purpose and woman for another purpose.
